Project Overview: This project involved the identification of all asbestos containing materials (ACM) for all buildings to be demolished as part of enabling works. Thomas Consultants has also been engaged to conduct air quality monitoring during removal, supervise removal works, issue clearance certificates and supervise contaminated soil works.
