- Fully intrusive asbestos surveys
- Compile scope of works and tender documents
- Engineer to the Contract
- Review contractor removal methodologies and asbestos removal control plans
- Conduct background air quality monitoring
- Supervise asbestos removal works
- Supervise soil remediation and services removal
- Provide clearance inspections and clearance certificates
- Supervise the removal of houses for reuse
