- Asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys
- Compile scope of works for asbestos removal
- Review contractor removal methodologies and asbestos removal control plans
- Conduct background air quality monitoring
- Supervise asbestos removal works
- Supervise soil remediation
- Provide clearance inspections and clearance certificates
