Project Overview: Thomas Consultants undertook asbestos surveys for a large aged care provider in over 40 sites NZ wide. These were operational sites and thus our methodology took into account the sensitive nature of the site to ensure the health, safety and well being of all occupants with minimal disturbance.

  • Asbestos management and refurbishment surveys
  • Compile a comprehensive asbestos management plan (AMP) for the entire portfolio
  • Re-inspect high risk materials on a regular basis and update AMP
